SEO/GEO Account Manager

WadiDigital is looking for an SEO Account Manager to join the rapidly growing WadiDigital Organic team.

As an Account Manager, you’ll have the backing, freedom, autonomy, and expectation to run tests and experiments to improve results for all clients. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and executing new opportunities in search.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, execution-first, and can thrive in an ambitious, fast-paced, challenging, but fun environment. At least 2 years of hands-on SEO/GEO experience in an agency environment is required. This is a 100% Israel-based, but remote position.

Your mission

  • Identify and prioritize new opportunities via multiple forms of research
  • Understand our client’s needs: who they are and what they want
  • Help scale B2B high-quality websites and additional assets
  • Ensure client’s websites follow best in class practices
  • Measure opportunity and impact, and make data-driven decisions
  • See the results of your work making a difference to people in their everyday lives

About you

  • You have experience working in an SEO position at a digital agency
  • You have a proven track record working with B2B clients, understanding their sales cycles, buyer personas, and funnel dynamics
  • You have a track record of growing user acquisition through growing traffic
  • You have independently completed complex SEO projects (for example: site architecture planning, crawl optimization, launch of a new site/product, etc.)
  • You are methodical in your approach (but are able to move fast)
  • You have an execution-driven mindset
  • You have hands-on experience with SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), and AI platforms
  • You clearly understand how content performs across traditional search and AI-driven discovery
  • You have hands-on experience with both content and technical SEO
  • You have experience working with APIs (e.g. using Screaming Frog with the Search Console inspection API or using Google Sheet scripts)
  • You are comfortable working in a highly ambiguous environment
  • You prioritize effectively, take ownership, and get things done
  • You have experience building business cases and persuading with data
  • You know how to measure your own performance
  • You work well individually and within a team
  • You are not afraid to learn new things
  • You have experience in creating complex Looker Studio Reporting
  • You have experience with GA4 (setup of accounts/goal completions)
  • You enjoy being challenged, pushed to improve and can multi task whilst under pressure
