
We’re looking for an AI Growth Manager to join the WadiDigital team.
Search has changed. AI is changing how people discover, evaluate, and trust information. You’ll be responsible for helping clients win across:
- Traditional search (Google, Bing/Microsoft, YouTube)
- AI-driven discovery (Claude, Gemini, Grok, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
- Zero-click and answer-engine environments
- Using AI tools to improve client results, lead flow, and pipeline
You’ll have the autonomy and expectation to run experiments, build workflows, and use AI to drive measurable growth and optimize processes.

We are looking for someone ambitious who wants to be paid to live in AI, test to improve processes and results across the marketing agency, and be developed into becoming a marketing superstar that is AI-first.
This is a remote role for those residing in Israel.
The Mission
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across search and AI discovery channels
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, content, and analysis workflows
- Design and run experiments (content, technical, CRO, AI visibility)
- Continuously test how brands appear in AI-generated answers and recommendations
- Work on client accounts and update processes using AI tools.
- Update processes for other marketing activities, including social media, social listening, influencer marketing, advertising, copywriting, and more.
What you’ll actually be doing
- Using tools like:
- Gemini / Grok / ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini for research, ideation, and workflows
- GA4 + Data Studio for performance tracking
- Creating AI-assisted workflows (prompt libraries, automations, templates)
- Testing how content performs in:
- Featured snippets
- AI overviews
- LLM-generated responses
- Collaborating with content, dev, and paid teams to drive outcomes
About you
You’re someone who’s already adapting to where search is going.
- Strong execution mindset
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and figuring things out
- Not scared to test and fail
AI & modern search mindset (this is key)
- You actively use AI tools in your daily workflow
- You understand that search is shifting from keywords to intent, entities, and answers
- You’ve experimented with:
- AI content workflows
- Prompt engineering
- Automation tools (Zapier, Make, scripts, etc.)
- Bonus if you’ve:
- Built simple internal tools, scripts, or automations
- Tested visibility in LLMs or AI search environments
Technical & analytical skills
- Ability to turn data into clear recommendations and actions
- Experience with GTM
- A/B testing tools
- HubSpot reporting
- Experience working with AI agents or building simple tools
- Using Claude coworker and Claude code
- LLM and API integrations
