Marketing Automation Specialist
What the job entails and the day-to-day:
- Build and grow WadiDigital’s and its clients’ email list through organic efforts
- Ideate and execute various email marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with team members to design and create copy/ content
- Identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behavior, demographic, geographic, psychographic characteristics, etc.
- Run A/B tests for email campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance
- Track campaign performance and tweak workflows accordingly
- Ensure compliance while executing email marketing campaigns and collecting data
What you need to have to work with us:
- Understanding of the B2B landscape, B2B personas and sales cycle
- 2-4 years’ experience in Marketing Automation
- Highly professional verbal and written communication skills. Native-level English a MUST
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Marketo, or Oracle Eloqua; and/or alternatively, experience working on email marketing campaigns, lead generation and nurturing, and Google Analytics
- Preliminary knowledge of relevant marketing areas including copywriting, social media, and user experience and user interface design
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills, i.e., a team player
- Should know how to use data as insights to help drive results
We prefer if you have:
- Although not a mandatory requirement, fundamental knowledge of HTML/CSS is a huge plus as it can help while working on email templates and landing pages
